It's time for a party!

We got to see Jackie and the rest of the gang at a pot-luck party put on by Mal and HD. Photos are from new digicam. I got to learn first-hand just how difficult it is to use for flash photography. Many of the strange effects were caused by long exposure times. To avoid this, I had to go completely manual, and this led to such a dark image that framing was difficult. The effect is actually pretty neat, but it's not something you want on every flash photo you take! It was amazing how many of the people at the party were laid off.
