Fall in Ottawa

These photos were taken on a week long trip back to Ottawa. Danny took more pictures on this trip than I did, but he hasn't scanned his yet. All photos copyright Peter Eptein 1999. Use by permission only.

Shot on Fuji Velvia and professional Fuji 1600 print film.

Doug relaxing in Plantagenet, thanksgiving day.

This and all remaining shots were taken on 1600 professional print film designed for both indoor and outdoor lighting. This is fairly grainy film, but it works pretty well for scanning, as you can see. Color is, of course, not as good as Velvia.

Clasina reading a book and relaxing before supper at Plantagenet.
Kotty.
Sanni carving the turkey.
Me. Sedgewick is sitting in my pocket. He's Anne-Lise's "Aturkey at Law". Needless to say, he doesn't like Thanksgiving :-)
Daddy getting tricked by one of Rudy's gags made from a small envelope, a bit of metal, a washer, and a couple of rubber bands. Taken with my 85mm lens.

The stairs up from the basement.
The sun shining in through the curtain in the basement.

Danny preparing the Salmon. Kotty thought there was too much salt, but everyone else liked it, except for the salt inside. Next time, no salt inside.
A fire going in the living room.
