Anne-Lise makes this salad a lot.
Serves 3 to 4.
Rinse the lettuce, chop into bite-size pieces, and put in a large bowl. Cube the avocado and add. Coarsely chop the walnuts and add. Crumble the gorgonzola cheese and add.
Combine the olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a cup. Crumble the tarragon into the cup and add the pepper. Beat with a fork, pour over the salad, and toss.
